I have just returned home from a two day leadership workshop run by The Toolbox Team. This was the second leadership workshop that I have attended this year. Based on the core system requirements of SafeWork Australia, principles of continual improvement and state legislation, the Toolbox Team provides industry specific, tailored tools to help you demonstrate effective compliance management.
Just the tools – includes practical, operational risk assessment and control documents (with procedures) to ensure your staff are trained and the regulators have the evidence of ‘on the ground’ implementation.
Tools and onsite support – after an onsite audit we are able to build a custom, complete HSE compliance management system. System components include Leadership and Organisational Commitment, Hazards and Risk Management, People (Induction and Return to Work), Emergency Preparedness and Response (including an Emergency Management Plan), Auditing and Inspection tools, Incident management and Environmental Management.
